Getting Started

Set nEvie as your default launcher in your Android settings. Tap and hold the home button, then select nEvie from the list of available launchers.

Customizing Your Homescreen

Long-press any blank area to enter edit mode. From there you can add widgets, change the grid, and adjust icon scale to your liking.

Using Gestures

nEvie supports a range of touch gestures you can assign to actions of your choice. See the illustrations below for the available gesture types.

Backup & Restore

Navigate to Settings > Backup to save your layout locally or sync it to Google Drive. You can restore your full setup on any new device.

Applying Icon Packs

Install an icon pack from the Play Store, then go to Settings > Appearance > Icon Pack in nEvie and select it. Changes apply immediately.

Screen Orientation

Go to Settings > Display > Orientation to choose between portrait lock or auto-rotate. nEvie adapts seamlessly to both portrait and landscape.

Hiding Apps

Open the app drawer, tap the menu icon, and select Hidden Apps. Toggle any app to hide it from both the drawer and universal search.

Universal Search

Swipe down on the homescreen to open search. You can search apps, contacts, and the web. Change the default search engine in Settings > Search.
